BetNinja Reviews stores the review data you submit, one temporary security value and nothing else. The hub sets no cookies, offers no user accounts and runs no analytics scripts. This policy lists what the hub stores, which third parties touch data and how you request a copy or deletion of your review data.

What does a review submission store?

A review submission stores six fields: your name, your country, your star rating, your review title, your review text and your date of experience. All six fields appear publicly on your review card, so publish only what you are content for anyone to read. The date of experience is the date you state on the form, not a value the hub measures.

The server also holds a hashed form of your IP address briefly, to enforce rate limits on the review form. The server stores no raw IP address with any review, and the hash appears nowhere on the site.

Does BetNinja Reviews set cookies?

BetNinja Reviews sets no cookies. No account system exists, so no login state sits in your browser, and no analytics script tracks your visit. The hub shows no cookie banner because no cookie exists to consent to.

Which third parties handle data on this site?

Google Fonts and Cloudflare handle data when a page loads. Google Fonts serves the hub's font files, so your browser sends a standard request to Google's servers on each page load. Cloudflare hosts the hub and keeps standard server logs. Those logs record the request time, the path and technical details of the connection, and Cloudflare retains them under its own policy.

How long does a review stay published?

A published review stays public until moderators remove it under the posting guidelines or the reviewer makes a verified removal request. BetNinja Reviews sets no expiry date on reviews. A removed review leaves the public feed and the rating calculation.

How do I request my data or its deletion?

Email [email protected] to request a copy of your review data or its deletion. A moderator replies within two working days. Write from an address you control and name the review, because the moderator confirms the request comes from the reviewer before acting on it.
